1. The Parties
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the enrolment and participation of children ("Participant") in the Toddle Summer Club 2026 programme, operated by Toddle ("we", "us", "our"), reachable at info@toddle.ae. By submitting an enrolment form and completing payment, the parent or guardian ("you") agrees to these Terms in full.
2. Programme Details
Toddle Summer Club runs from 6 July 2026 to 21 August 2026 at Slate, Goshi Warehouses, Al Quoz Industrial Third, Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE. Sessions operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Drop-off begins at 8:50 AM. Pickup must be completed by 1:00 PM. The programme is designed for children aged 4–10. Enrolment is subject to availability and not confirmed until payment is received in full.
3. Booking & Payment
3.1 Submitting an enrolment form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A spot is reserved only upon receipt of full payment via the payment link sent by Toddle.
3.2 Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the payment link. Toddle reserves the right to release the spot if payment is not received within this window.
3.3 Pricing: Full week AED 895 per child. Single day AED 220 per child. Multi-week discounts: 5% off for 3–4 weeks booked, 10% off for 5–7 weeks booked, applied automatically at the best available rate per child. Discounts do not stack. Discount codes or promotional rates must be confirmed in writing by Toddle before booking.
3.4 All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable under UAE law.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellations made 14 or more calendar days before the start of the booked week are eligible for a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made 7–13 calendar days before the booked week will receive a 50% refund.
4.3 Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days before the booked week are non-refundable.
4.4 Week transfers (moving a booking to a different themed week) are permitted subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. No more than one transfer per booking.
4.5 Single-day bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once confirmed.
4.6 Toddle reserves the right to cancel a week due to insufficient enrolment or force majeure. In such cases a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
5. Health, Medical & Allergy Policy
5.1 Parents must disclose all allergies, medical conditions, and special needs at the time of enrolment. This information must be updated promptly if anything changes before or during the programme.
5.2 Toddle Summer Club is a strictly nut-free environment. No nut-containing food or products may be brought onto the premises.
5.3 Children must not attend if they are unwell, showing symptoms of a contagious illness, or have been in contact with a confirmed case of a contagious illness in the preceding 48 hours. No refunds will be issued for absences due to illness unless the cancellation policy threshold in clause 4 is met.
5.4 Toddle staff are not medically trained and cannot administer prescription medication. If your child requires daily or emergency medication, please contact us at info@toddle.ae prior to enrolment to discuss arrangements.
5.5 In the event of a medical emergency, Toddle will contact the emergency contact provided at registration and, where necessary, emergency services. Any costs arising from emergency medical care are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
6. Supervision & Safety
6.1 Toddle maintains a minimum staff-to-child ratio appropriate to the age groups enrolled and compliant with applicable Dubai health and safety guidelines.
6.2 Children will not be released to any person not listed on the authorised pickup list provided at the start of each week. Photo ID is required for all pickups. Any changes to the authorised pickup list must be communicated in writing to info@toddle.ae by 8:00 AM on the day of collection.
6.3 Toddle accepts no responsibility for personal property brought to camp. We recommend children do not bring valuables, electronics, or items of sentimental significance.
7. Behaviour Policy
7.1 Toddle is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children and staff. Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or conduct that endangers others will not be tolerated.
7.2 Toddle reserves the right to ask a child to leave the programme if their behaviour poses a risk to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
8. Photography & Media Consent
8.1 During the enrolment process, parents are asked whether they consent to photographs and videos of their child being taken for Toddle's marketing and social media use. This consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by emailing info@toddle.ae.
8.2 Where consent is given, images may be used on Toddle's Instagram (@itstoddletime), website, promotional materials, and paid advertising. No identifying information (full name, school, address) will be published alongside images of children.
9. Data Privacy
Personal data collected during enrolment (names, contact details, medical information) is used solely for the purposes of administering the Toddle Summer Club programme and communicating with parents. Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for the child's safety. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@toddle.ae.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Toddle's liability for any claim arising from participation in the summer club is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. Toddle is not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, or any loss arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Amendments
Toddle reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled families via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
